Meet Andrew
At work
Andrew has worked in financial services for more than 30 years. After training at Norwich Union, Andrew began working as a financial adviser and has done so for the past 28 years.
With his extensive experience, Andrew deals with all aspects of the business and our financial planning services. He works with many of our long-standing clients and deals with multiple generations of families.
The client-facing side of his role has always been important to Andrew. He enjoys working with both individual and corporate clients.
At home
Andrew is married and has two children; a son, aged 19, who is studying at university and a daughter who is 15.
As a sports fan, both Andrew and his son are season ticket holders at Anfield.
In his spare time, Andrew plays golf, league tennis and table tennis (although his knees are starting to argue with this!). He also enjoys long walks with his dog (who, thankfully, doesn’t argue).
The important stuff
All regulated financial advisers must be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and therefore appear on their register. You can find Andrew’s entry here.
Furthermore, all advisers must have an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing (SPS). This shows they are suitably qualified and have carried out the required amount of Continuous Professional Development (CPD). You should be wary of any advisers who refuse to provide copies of their SPS. You can click here to view Andrew’s.
